Get the Care You Need at No Cost
The Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program allows eligible individuals to receive home-based care services instead of moving into a nursing facility. This program fully or partially covers services like attendant care, homemaking, personal assistance, and durable medical equipment.
How to Qualify for the Medicaid Waiver in Indiana:

✅ Meet financial eligibility based on Medicaid income guidelines
✅ Require a level of care typically provided in a nursing facility but wish to receive services at home
